You might be someone dealing with a lot of stress in your life, or looking for an insight and self knowledge, a beginner with many questions learning to get the basics right, or a seasoned practitioner looking to refine your practice. Private Yoga lessons are extremely helpful.  Sometimes we need a little more insight, motivation and care.  Private Yoga sessions give you the right kind of support to deal with specific personal needs, questions or injuries. 



Also If you are looking for help with life's transitions, dealing with psychological obstacles or struggling through a depression, Private Yoga Sessions will help you tremendously to learn to observe the mind and let go of negative and develop new positive patterns, strengthen and tone your body, remove the tension from your mind, and learn to go deeper inwards while enjoying and loving yourself, learning proper alignment, and breathing more evenly and fully. Natalia can offer you hands-on adjustments to lead you to be more comfortable in the postures and balances, learn to trust yourself and break through emotional and psychological obstacles.
